Canam U.S. observes National Employee Benefits Day

Canam U.S. celebrated National Employee Benefits Day on April 2. This year’s day, which focused on health care literacy, gave benefits coordinators an opportunity to help employees become more educated health care consumers.

The Point of Rocks, MD, Sunnyside, WA, and Washington, MO, plants set up information tables that included benefits brochures and handouts on healthy living habits. “Although the event was low key,” said Claudia Noelke, HR manager at the Washington, MO, plant, “it generated quite a bit of interest.”
